Walked past this place a few weeks ago when I was craving some good pizza!
Was a bit of an adventure to find it again, as the signage is not good. But it is very close to the Sint Bavo Kerk (main center).
They are currently doing renovations so hopefully next time we visit it will be finished!
Our waiter didn’t speak Dutch and either wasn’t confident with his English or didn’t speak much English. He, we believe, was Italian. He was nice but he was the only waiter and it was a bit busy so the more personalized service was a bit lacking as he was busy.
We received bruschetta on arrival & water. Then ordered a mixed antipasta (5 hapjes), a vege pizza & pasta. The food was wonderful. But we’ll mainly be back for the seemingly authentic pizza! Such a yummy crust! You could also see through into the kitchen and sitting in the courtyard was fantastic.
