Awesome experience. Upon entering left my worldy posessions at the (free) coatroom and proceeded to have a great culinary adventure. I had three fine de claire oysters, followed by fine de claire oyster with apple and topinambur, finished with trout on a flan, had an espresso to balance the decent red wine accompanying thw dishes. I did like the avocade dusted with powdered dried mushrooms. Seriously recommended.
