“A delightful home from home.”
Reviewed 5 May 2018 for a stay in April 2018

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rietvelt Loft. Rieleke was the perfect host, making us feel very welcome (even though our delayed flight meant that we didn't arrive until 10.45pm), and giving us lots of useful information about Amsterdam and the local neighbourhood, places to visit and where to eat, etc.

The apartment had everything we needed - a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and egg boiler. We appreciated the lovely fresh flowers and also the generous range of provisions that Rieleke had left us, including food for breakfast, a variety of teas and coffee, wine and and a surprise chocolate cake!

The apartment itself is well appointed and comfortable, and a very pleasant place to spend time. There's a good range of TV channels, including BBC 1 and 2, and there was a small music centre which we didn't use. The bathroom was both stylish and well-equipped, and supplied with a range of toiletries.

The neighbourhood is quiet but well connected to the city centre by Tram No. 2, just five minutes' walk away.

Worth noting for those with mobility problems is that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift, but on the plus side, you have a lovely roof terrace.

Had the most loveliest time staying at this accommodation, very homely feel and very friendly host! She was so welcoming and made us feel at home straight away, also going above and beyond in order to make us feel at home. By filling up the fridge and the cupboards for our stay. Would definitely reckon for a relaxed and homely feel to stay here! Made our time in Amsterdam that bit more special.

“Sweet Bed and Breakfast for a home base in Amsterdam”
Reviewed 7 October 2017 for a stay in September 2017

This bed and breakfast is little bit out from the centre but only 10minutes by tram to the museums. It is a lovely place to stay in a nice quiet neighbourhood and has a beautiful outdoor patio. It is a nice self contained unit with a bedroom area walled off for privacy. There is a table and mini kitchen with great breakfast supplies including fresh squeezed orange juice. The room has comfortable arm chairs to relax in the evening and there is an attached washroom with a shower. I would definitely stay here again.

“Super impressed!”
Reviewed 12 July 2017 for a stay in April 2017

This loft was a gem of a find in Amsterdam. Tidy and cozy with private space for deep relaxation. In a proper neighborhood close to the train that takes you past Vondelpark and the museum district right to city center and Central Station. The caretaker is top notch! This room will be added value to your Holland visit.
