The staff here are phenomenal and really made our stay wonderful. They were so accommodating and when we arrived, I told them we wouldn’t be needing our breakfast on the final day as our flight was too early. Upon checkout they had made us up a wonderful bag each of breakfast items, snacks and water which they went above and beyond to help us. Everyone was super friendly. Breakfast on the day we had it was amazing, so much choice we could barely move after! Drinks at the bar were fairly priced. Very easy to get to the tram station which got us into Amsterdam within 22 minutes. There are shops nearby including a Lidl which was handy. The pizza vending machine was a huge hit and we ended up having that instead of going out for dinner both nights because it was so good! Honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is slightly smaller but no need for any bigger as it’s just a shower in there. The hotel was clean and everything we needed was on hand every time we asked. Fantastic customer service and a comfy stay with lovely beds. Will definitely return when we visit the Netherlands again!

Heating was not working and the room was freezing cold. Luckily I was not too far from home so did not stay the night.

Rooms are basic and the family room was very cramped.

For the price you pay you can get better hotels cheaper than this in the sane area.

Fab little hotel, breakfast good plenty of stuff. Room had a hairdryer and mini fridge. Nice spacious shower. Cleaned every day with fresh towels.really close to the train station , need to turn right not left directly out of the station or otherwise you end up going miles!! Comfy bed and a bonus for me was the air conditioning.
