Good value for money. We stayed in the studio with a niece rooftop terrace and a great view. We feared the climb of the stairs, but even our children (3 and 6 years) didn't found it too difficult. THe beds were great!
Breakfast was correct, but a croissant would have been welcome

This hotel is located next to the famous theater Carré. Crossing across the "Magere "Brug" you find the canals and the city center. The hotel is in a an old house on the border of the river Amstel. Good rooms with a wel equiped bathroom. Breakfast is very good buffet served in a simple room but clean and open.In our next stay in Amsterdam we come back.

Room Tip: /rooms at the back side are very quiet

This place is in a canal house near Amsterdam's famous "skinny bridge" so it's a narrow place up 4 flights with no elevator. But if you are OK dragging your bags up and down, you're in for a treat. The location is excellent - on the canal and near 2 different Metro stations and the Hermitage with a great cafe around the corner. The staff is friendly, English speaking, and very helpful at all hours of the day and night. The rooms had unusual layouts since it's a canal house but the beds are quite comfy and the bathrooms and living areas quite clean and spacious. An excellent breakfast awaits each morning that is included in the cost. Free wi-fi was also part of the deal. Thanks to all the previous reviewers on TripAdvisor that helped us find the place! I much prefer this kind of place with character than some chain hotel!

This hotel is very good located, you can go wherever you want by walking. The price is very good, the attendants are very kind and willing to help. The breakfast is quite fair. I recommend with capital letters.
