We started in a room in the 1st floor or 2nd floor here in the US, but it was very noisy due to the upstairs people. When another room was available they relocated everything for us, since we were out on a tour. The staff was very accomodating and helpful with every single request.
I like the refreshments available at the lobby. I wished I could make that flavor water here. Rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff very helpful as well.
