Absolutely love this hotel, this was my second time staying here and i'll definitely be back again soon hopefully. It's in a great location and only a 5 minute walk from the main train station and very reasonably price. All the rooms seem to be decorated differently in a art deco style and are very clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly and check-in was easy. There's a cafe connected to the hotel which is great to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before heading out for the day. overall we had a lovely stay on both occasions and would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Room Tip: They have rooms from 1* to 5* to help with your budget and room size

Loved this hotel. Friendly check in. Only one night stay and we arrived early. As hotel had a room available we could check in and leave our bags in the room to go out and explore. If there hadn't have been a room you can leave your bags safe. Our room was very small but clean. The view was of a brick wall but we didn't care because we were out all day and only returned to freshen up to then go out again in the evening. The location is perfect for Amsterdam Centraal, Red Light, Anne Frank, river trips and bike hire. We hired a bike from over the road and it's a perfect way to get about. The room has a Dyson Air Cooler which was great and worked well because we used it and it was March. So in the Summer the room must get hot with it being small. Free safe to use, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. Can't fault it.

After staying in Amsterdam last July (2017!) for my Fiancé’s Birthday. We stumbled across this hotel when exploring the area. At the time we were actually staying in WestCord which is situated behind Hotel the Exchange.

We then jumped to book to stay at this hotel after seeing pictures and reading reviews online for January this year with 2 of our friends.

We all absolutely loved this hotel and have vowed to book this hotel again when we come back in a few months time. The hotel rooms and hotel itself are/is so unique and the beds are super comfy too (like most of the beds in Amsterdam so it seems). I loved walking around the hotel itself as it was like walking around a converted loft - We loved it. That being said, it was quite noisy when people walked around due to the wooden stairs etc but I wasn’t too bothered by this.

The staff we came across during our stay were very welcoming and as for the cafe which is connected to the hotel, it’s pricey but the food is nice.

P.S. The picture I’ve posted is one of the hallways that was outside of our hotel room.

This was our second stay in Amsterdam, and we knew this time we needed to be closer to Centraal station. This hotel was perfect because it was only a two to five minute walk to catch our early train!

I believe we booked one of the 3 or 4 star rooms - the crinoline skirt. It's quite small inside but was perfect for our single night stay. I don't think I would have enjoyed staying in the room much longer than 1 or 2 nights however. Each of the floors had lounge areas that we're very artistic and interesting which would have provided additional space to relax should we have needed it.

Overall, great location (a little pricey but was expected for the area) and a little on the small side (which is usually expected in Amsterdam).
