We are very sorry to find such a review online as you already addressed us directly your complaint for which you have received an immediate answer.
Again, we are very sorry to read that you were dissatisfied with our hotel and services, especially with the fact that we asked for a guarantee deposit.
Unfortunately, nowadays, as a lots of other hotels, we must ask for a guarantee deposit as we let our guest use all our services without asking them to pay on spot (restaurant, bar, spa, …).
I understand that it can be annoying but please note that it is now a standard procedure and it was also advised in the initial offer and also just before your arrival by email. As you say that you wasn't warned about it, we confirm that you were informed twice.
