Excellent!

Beautiful hotel on the water front. On checkin discovered we had been upgraded to a suite which was very nice. The hotel is beautiful but what set apart the visit were the staff. Service was very good with everyone being extremely helpful. The pool area is relaxing and the service very prompt through the app to acquire beverages. Staff at the patio bar were extremely helpful to secure seating in the shade with a great view of the lake. Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

World class stay

Fantastic stay, great service, wonderfull pool, very nice room and we could bring our dogs :-) will return

Service quality and menu should be improved

Room service is extremely slow, and food menu is very limited. Foods are usually very salty so that not possible to eat.

Retreat combined with MJF 2024

When you are solo and into culture and intend to enjoy a few days of summer feeling out of the beaten tracks and a tiny bit more north than the usual family hot-spots, the combination with the Montreux Jazz Festival may be your choice. Anyway, the Lake Geneva region is always worth a trip.
