This place is acceptable and comfortable in a way, but the photos certainly make it look bigger than it is, and the main bedroom with the en-suit is height limited as it's in the roof.
The property is a 20 minute walk from the town and about 8 minutes downhill to the matterhorn express, five of us took a taxi form the station when we arrived and the fare was 38 chf and one after dinner in the town was similar, so I would suggest sticking to the buses (red line) which stop right outside, however they stopped running around 19:00 whilst we were there.
The photos and description are out of date for the property, as there is a sofa downstairs where're the dinning table is in the current pictures and the dinning table is in the kitchen, this all works well but it does make it seem smaller. Also there are more bed spaces that the description tells about; one room has a single bed with a pullout bed from under it and a bunk be with two beds so it has four beds in the room, the other two rooms have double beds and there is a double sofa bed on the mezzanine so the property could sleep up to 10.
The apartment was clean an well presented, but it could do with a bigger frying pan, as cooking breakfast for six people on a 20cm pan was not easy and the property can sleep a further 4 people that that.
Getting to the property is another matter, from the road you either need to walk 20 metres down a snowy ice 20 cm wide mud track on the side of a steep hill, or walk around 200 metres to go along a path, this would certainly not be suitable for anyone who is not perfectly able and would be incredibly difficult if you have a push chair for a baby etc. The property actually worked for us, but it was by no means perfect for us, we didn't find the washing machine or the private ski room, but I'm sure they're around somewhere.
The price of the property was reasonable for Zermatt, but then again I do not think Zermatt in general is very reasonable, so therefore was very high compared to some other equally good or better resorts.
We had some issues with the property that Sarah and Ryan either fixed instantly or tried hard to sort out for us and their service was very good, and they are very friendly and helpful.
