we were met at the railway station by a driver who provided free transfers to and from the hotel. St Moritz is very expensive so expect high prices in restaurants. This hotel had a very spacious room with a small balcony that overlooked the lake. The location was very good and the old town was within easy walking distance. the hotel also provided a travel card which allowed free travel on all public transport and cable cars which saved us lots. The card is provided in some hotels when you stay for at least 2 nights.
The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel restaurant had great food that was priced high but this was pretty much the standard however a charge of 4 CHF for tap water was a bit too much. We were also charged 6 HCF for a cup of milk to make tea and coffee in our room. I hope the dairy farmers are getting a decent rate on their milk!

Has a great restaurant and the room was just what we wanted to accommodate three adults. It is in the heart of the village so we were able to walk around village but got in too late as shops were closed.

This felt like a 4 star hotel. Very friendly staff at check in, prompt shuttle service to train station (i recommend you ask about pick up, it's a 15 minute up hill walk from the station to the hotel... If not, take the Escalator by the lake to skip the steepest part)
Breakfast included was basic, nice. Very good cheese and meat selection, delicious bread. Limited fruit and hot stuff (just bacon and eggs)
Location is very nice, decor is classic alps chalet with lots of room and modern clean bathroom. Quite spacious
Attached restaurant is a bit pricy (standard for the area), had good not great for, but outstanding fondue

The reason I went down to 3 stars:
- no AC, and Street outside is a bit busy at night so was noisy.
- double room is 2 twin beds with frame so cannot push together. Bed was hard, pillows flat and soft
- did not get to see or use pool/hottub as they close at 8... By the time we were done walking around and touring, we were starving so went straight to dinner, then it was too late!

Hotel is in the city and about 3 mins away from the train station. They have daily shuttle from train station. Breakfast was fresh and had good selection. Swimming pool and sauna is the best part of this hotel. Room was spacious. I will recommend to people.

Room Tip: love waterfall sound.
