This is a family run hotel in a quiet loacation away from town.
We were given a warm welcome when we arrived and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.
We spent four nights at the Hotel Cervus and it was a great experience.
The hotel is located outside of the main town of St-Moritz in a residential area, it's a short walk to one of the main tele cabins that serve the skiing area's, but as it was May when we went, it was closed. It's a 20 minute walk into the centre of town.
The hotel has its own restaurant which again being May was closed, but the breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice.
The room we had was a suite with a balcony and a good view of the mountains. It was very quiet and we got a good nights sleep.
We were in the Engadine for walking which was great & after a hard days walk, we relished & enjoyed the hotel spa facilities.
May is a quiet month in St-Moritz but we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
We would recommend this hotel

Room Tip: Good hotel in quiet location away from town.

Lovely rooms. Sauna facilities and Hallenbad are really nice. They were helpful by providing Gluten Free Bread upon request. All that you could ask for in a hotel here in St Moritz. Breakfast was also very nice

Room Tip: Get a room with a view over the lake, the higher floors get sun earlier

This hotel is a total disaster. In Trivago it is listed as a 4 Star however by the Hotelier Vereinigung St. Moritz it is listed as a 3 Star. To my opinion it even does not deserve this. It is an absolute rip off, the beds are lousy at the pictures everything looks beautiful but in reality it is ugly. Do not book this hotel

Hotel Cervus was a relaxing stay. With a ski in/out location it is very convenient. If you want nightlife, it's a little out of the way. There is a restaurant that serves dinner (we chose to dine elsewhere) and we enjoyed their breakfast (traditional European food- cheese, ham, yogurt, good bread, juices, and great coffee).
In the basement there is a ski room and heated ski boot room that everyone seemed to use.
One level lower is a spa area. Very nice, especially when it's free! Steam room, 2 saunas, cold water pool, showers and a swimming pool. Spa music piped in, towels included, plus spa robes in your bedroom to use.
You can arrange for a shuttle service for 10CHF one way to the train station, too.

We stayed 4 nights in a big room with cooking facility.
We booked through a discount dealer and got a fantastic rate in the pick season.
Located within walking distance to St Moritz center (15 min walk) and right on the ski slopes.
Overall very pleased with the experience.
