Fantastic time in Berne!
Hotel was great. Excellent location, close to the train station and to the tourist office. Room clean and quiet. We enjoyed the nice breakfast in the morning and cosy bar in the evening. Staff was very helpful and kind. Will definitely stay at The Bristol again!More

Location is fantastic.
We got off at the train station, walk underground came up in front of the departmntal store, short walk, hotel is there.
Room good size, bathroom great, lots of tv channel, restaurant everywhere, city sq just 5 minutes walk.
Saturday morning there is a weekend market
Would recommend & would stay again
Only comment is that we cant book thru hotel web, we booked thru a 3rd party.

What I love the most about this hotel is the people. They are nice and always smiling, excellent service.
The location is superb also the bar, the rooms are clean, great brand new showers, a nice fitness area (this is a strong asset) and overall comfort. I strongly recommend the Bristol!

Overall a wonderful stay. Loved the situation (close to everything), team (pleasant service), room (was alone in the 17m2, nice queen size bed), decoration (you’re getting quite the feel of a boutique hotel) and all that for a quite reasonable price. The breakfast in my opinion could be improved (eggs, choice of muesli) but still very good. Perfect for a business trip but would also enjoy going back there in family.

Good central location, cheerful friendly reception staff.
Clean spacious room with all amenities, large flat screen TV, safe, refrigerator with complimentary bottled water, tea & coffee making facilities. Free WiFi throughout.
Good selection at breakfast.
Would i stay again at the Bristol? - yes without hesitation.

It’s has a spirit of its own and a modern feel. The rooms are comfortable (although the views not great). Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again. The only thing niggly was the quite expensive breakfast for what you get.
