What a lovely little hotel, almost a bed and breakfast, with only 8 rooms and within walking distance of shops, museums and restaurants. The family owned hotel always had someone to give advise and answer our questions anytime we needed. The breakfast room had such a lovely array of things to eat and the view was so stunning. The entire medieval location of center Perugia is more equipped for walking than for cars. We took a train from Rome and then a taxi to the hotel and never missed having a car for our entire stay. The main fountain is about a 7 minute walk past archways and overhanging housing structures that made tunnels to hold anything from eateries to bookstores to Churches. We kept discovering new places to shop or eat with every new turn. What a lovely find, and if we ever go back, this is where we will stay.

Room Tip: There is one room with its own beautiful terrace where the food is brought up to eat.

We stayed for just one night, but were really impressed by this hotel and how helpful the owner was. She designed a super walking tour of the town and made a really good recommendation for dinner. The instructions for parking were very clear. Breakfast was fantastic. Shame we had to leave!

My husband and I stayed in this delightful little hotel for 4 nights in March, we wanted somewhere central to Perugia. Perugia is an excellent location for discovering Umbria, there are many lovely towns and villages within easy driving distance. We drove up to the Hotel ( a little hairy!) and parked outside, we booked in and recieved a car park ticket,we drove back down parked, and used the escalator back up , this took just a few minutes and during our stay we parked with no problems This is a very quirky little place, it is at the top of an old apartment block, our room was in the loft, it was bright and clean, doors led out to a wonderful terrace overlooking the rooftops of Perugia. Maria Teresa was so friendly and helpful, she recommended a wonderful restaurants a few minutes walk away
(Osteria A Priori, see separate review) )we bumped into Maria Teresa on her day off at the Market,(Saturdays at the Stadium) and she treated us to a coffee! We walked the aqueduct, rode the metro down to the market, and strolled around the quaint streets I f we return to Perugia we would definitely use Primavera Mini Hotel again Negatives? the shower cubicle was quite small!

Nice hosts in and a welcoming astmophere. Missed wholegrain bread at breakfast but the breakfast was otherwise very nice and fresh. Good location in Perugia and rooms with a very nice view. Stayed there for 7 nights.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in July 2017 and could not have had a nicer experience. The hotel doesn't look much when you arrive and have to drag your bags up a few flights of stairs to the hotel itself (lobby is on the 2nd floor). However when you get there you find the most welcoming hosts and beautiful views over the city.

I arrived on my birthday and the hosts provided a free small bottle of prosecco when they realised this (unprompted by me, they realised it from my passport). You were immediately made to feel very welcome with advice on restaurants, day trips to Assisi (the 'mini-metro' is really useful for getting to the station) and other practical help

The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the historic centre of Perugia. It consists of only a few rooms so it really feels like you get the personal touch. The breakfasts are lovely (probably the best choice I had in Italy) and the rooms are perfectly adequate if not ultra-modern. It is not 5* luxury but you are not paying 5* prices.

I strongly recommend this hotel as extremely good value and a lovely place to stay in Perugia.
