This restaurant is located in the Athena Hotel. If you are not staying there, you may not know about it. We went the first night we arrived in Siena. We knew that we'd be tired when we arrived, so my wife made reservations. Not only was the waitstaff terrific, but the food more than matched our expectations; as did the recommended wine. They also provide a buffet breakfast for those staying in the hotel (included in the cost of the room) and it is as good as any we've had at hotels and B&B's in Italy. In sum, this restaurant is well worth visiting; and if you are staying at the Hotel Athena, it's a great place to eat when you come back from touring, tired and hungry.
