We stayed at Holiday Home II in the last week of Sept 2016. The unit we stayed in was a separate small house nestled in amongst some other town house like complexes. Our house was very new and extremely clean. It had a queen bed in a loft area, a kitchen area on the main floor and a TV room a few steps down from the main floor with a sofa bed (that we didn't use). This room exited to a nice eating table outside, in the back. In our impression this was the best location in Tuscany you could get. It overlooked many valleys and rolling hills. It had an infinity pool with a view you could not beat. Caution though, the pool is not heated so the water is quite cool. It would also have been nice if they supplied pool towels, but they didn't, so you need to either use your bath towels, or bring your own. Another note is that you can think of this as more a home away from home and less of a hotel. By this I mean that you are required to recycle each day, and take care of your garbage (just as you would do at home). Also, not sure why but the GPS coordinates they gave us to find the place took us to the neighbors above them (who had no idea where to send us). So, make sure you get a good description of where you are going! All in all, Pietro was a very nice host and the place was immaculate!
