Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. Enrico was so friendly and helpful.
We loved the apartment- the vaulted ceilings, convenient washing machine and kitchen, great air conditioning and perfect location! Lovely cafe downstairs, hair salon across the street that I used twice!
Also a fabulous restaurant down the street, and convenient to list of shopping !
The studio was perfectly located in central Lucca. It was very clean and had all the facilities you would need for a stay here.
It is very close to piazza anfiteatro & a multitude of restaurants. It has a small kitchenette but I all that you need.
The only small issue I think is that you are asked to empty the bins on leaving into the recycling point at one of the city gates which wasn't easy when carrying a case.
The flat is very well located, is near the main roads and restaurants in LUCCA. Additionally, the hosts are very friendly and are always willing to give you the best recommendations of the place. I enjoyed my stay there.
The apartment is nicely furnished and the air conditioner is a major plus.
The location is very convenient,as it is close to the main shopping street and many tourist sites, The beautiful Pfanner Palace is just several minutes away on foot.
My only complaint has nothing to do with the apartment itself but rather with the crowd which lingered around a bar near by well into the small hours. Despite the triple-plied glass window the noise could still come through quite clearly.
Maybe this won't be a problem after summer.
The landlord Enrico was very nice and helpful. He made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I would gladly recommend renting from him

I staid four weeks in the appartement for studying the Italian language. It was great that everthing interesting was in walking distance. Although the city was teeming with people (many of them tourists) during the day and sometimes in the evening people enjoyed their drinks in the street the sound-insulating window sudued almost completely the noise from outside. I loved the high ceilings made out of local red brick, so very typical for Tuscany. The furnishings as well as the technical equipment and the sanitary facilities are modern and in very good condition. The reservation formalities were easy and the dealings with Enrico were helpfull and friendly. I was happy in Lucca.
