Beautiful light and airy apartment that combined all mod cons with original features such as the door and window lock.
Our hosts were vert understanding and patient when we were 4 hours late. If you're driving my tip is not to let your sat nav run out!
The local area is great and the shops and market at Piazza della Cure are fantastic. You can buy any sort of vegetables, meat or cheese. It is a mini version of the equally fantastic market in the centre.
Taking the bus was easy and we found it best to eat out at lunchtime and cook at home in the evenings with all the delicious fresh food available
If you need a break from Renaissance art visit the Museo Marino Marini in San Pancrazio. I thought it was the best thing in Florence!
I didn't give the apartment 5 stars because I felt the lack of a few home comforts such as a comfortable sofa and some tables to put my glass of delicious Italian wine on while relaxing after a hard day! But these were minor issues and we would definitely go back
This is a beautiful apartment in a good area. This apartment is spotless clean and exactly like the photos. We were met by Bitte mum and dad who were very helpful and gave us lots of information about buses restaurants etc. Across the road is a little pastry shop for breakfast. Nearby restaurants La forca and Centro Canti are perfect for evening meals the food is delicious and wonderful service. We not hesitate to come back.
