We stayed here recently for 3 nights while visiting Florence. While the location is fantastic and the room was quite spacious, the bed was pretty bad. The pillows were very hard as was the bed. The sheets were also very rough - not soft at all....

The room met our needs, but I would likely look for another option if I was to go back.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, if you are looking for location and service, this is a lovely place if you don't mind a rock hard bed and pillows.

I was here for work 3 nights... perfect position, place well kept and with a style. Furnished with good taste with all sort of confort. In the basement has a lovely SPA area where you can find some peace from the noise of the city. Small but perfect space for a gym and a perfect bar in a little patio on the first floor and you will forget to be in the centre of Florence. The staff is just very helpful, friendly and discreet. Breakfast is excellent and just what you like to get in the morning. Exccelent for a romantinc week end or to take your family ...

I had a great visit at the Adler May 10-13, staying in a spacious single room facing the street. Although it was warm in the room and the windows didn't open, it wasn't oppressive and I still slept well. The bathroom was spacious and very well -stocked with toiletries. The flat panel TV seemed new. The draperies and linens were lovely -- fantastic sheets with the crest of Florence on them! The ceiling paintings were very Florentine, a nice touch. The room and bath were spotless.

It was odd not to be able to serve yourself coffee in the breakfast room, however, and even when the waiter noticed me sitting at a table and asked me my room number, he would just speed off without inquiring if I wanted coffee!! But the breakfast selection was excellent, with the great croissants and homemade granola my favorites.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially anyone planning on a walking tour of Florence. There was a good selection of newspapers in the common room and a beautiful courtyard.

Room Tip: Anything facing the courtyard would be a good bet, but even the street-facing rooms were quiet enoug...

Great spot to stay that is close to historic center, SMN train station, and bus station. Excellent, friendly, professional staff. Superb breakfast was included. Room was not large, nor was the bathroom, but all was clean and fresh. I would stay here again and recommend to friends. Overall, very good value due to location, staff, and breakfast.
