We booked this accommodation based on other reviews and are so pleased we did! Edo, Celia and Jennifer are a lovely family and make you very welcome in their home. As soon as we arrived, Edo showed us around the area, gave us a map with all the info we needed, sorted out our bus tickets (make sure you validate them once you get on the bus) and told us about the local restaurants.
The location is great - very easy to get to the centre of Florence, bus stop and restaurants just across the road and a patisserie next door!
Our room was lovely, bright and airy and the bathroom modern, spacious with a large shower cubicle.
There is a pretty outside area to sit in which you share with 6 lovely bunny rabbits!
Florence is beautiful, this B&B is great and we would thoroughly recommend staying here with Edo, Celia and Jennifer.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Red room which is at the back, very quiet and has a private terrace

My husband and I had the most wonderful time in Florence celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary last July. (I tried to post a review at that time, but I see that it must not have posted correctly, so I am posting it for July 2016 instead) Edo was so helpful, and he gave us a tour around the neighborhood to get us acclimated. It was nice knowing that we could get cash just around the corner, and Edo even introduced us to area business owners. We loved having breakfast every morning in the cafe across the street. I'm still dreaming of the coffee and pastries one year later.

Additionally, Edo showed us how to use the bus and where to get on and off. He gave us a map with important info circled on it, and there were plenty of tour guides that we could borrow to look up more info. He answered all our questions, and our time in Florence ended up being very memorable.

On the last day, we needed to get a taxi, and he ordered it for us. This was a tremendous relief, and we were able to get to the airport with no hassle at all. I definitely would book with Edo and Cecelia again.

We wanted to try an alternative type of lodging aside from a hotel so we gave renting a room in a wonderful neighborhood in Florence. We were guided every step of the way from the owner Eduardo and were met at the bus stop by his welcoming smile and charm. We instantly knew we were on good hands. Eduardo took the time to walk us to the local restaurants and cafes and explained the bus and rail system to ease our travels. He graciously called taxis for us and went above and beyond by doing our laundry for us. His home is well played out and has the most charming patio to sit and relax in. It.s worth every euro to feel welcomed and most importantly, safe. We will be back to see our American friend, Eduardo.

Warmest, kind and happy people I have met! They are accommodating bnb owners as well as a beautiful family. Perfect for me as I wanted to get away from tourist areas and enjoy walking. Close distance to all sites as well as fiesole. Great food options around as well. Would definitely come back if I'm in Florence!

This is my second stay with Edo and Celia (and Jennifer). My teenagers were with me and enjoyed Edo's positive and engaging personality as well as all his efforts to make us all very comfortable. Sweets, wine (not for the kids!), extra bed, restaurant recommendations, etc. Brought up clothes racks so we could dry our laundry, made sure we were using the AC correctly because it was unusually hot, provided bottles of water reminding us to stay hydrated. No detail too small to attend to with a smile. Mahalo Nui Loa and we look forward to staying with you again!
