My stay in Casanova was exceptional, as was the staff at Windows on Italy that helped me at every step in my planning and stay in Italy!

Comfortable, clean and quiet. We had not rented an apartment before and were pleased with this one. The only problem was that we accidently turned off the hot water heater - the switch looks like all of the light switches and we hit it when looking for the lights. Check in and out went well. Located on a piazza with several restaurants,, a flea market on Sunday, and fruit/vegetable market on some other days. The area is a hangout for young people at night, but not too noisy or too late. Saturday night was quite active with the outdoor restaurants full. The bedroom is in the back so was insulated from the street noise. Close to the Piazza Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Easy walk to the Piazzas on the other side of the river. The check in person gave us directions to a lower priced grocery store (maybe 15 minutes away), More economical than a hotel. Washer for clothes ( soap provided for 2 loads) but dryer is a fold out rack.
