My boyfriend and I stayed here on a recent trip to Taormina and thought it was perfect! It's slightly tucked away off the street so very quiet, yet just a short walk to everything that the town has to offer. Fabio was a great host - he welcomed us on arrival, was very helpful in answering all of our questions, and offered a fantastic breakfast with great cappuccino every morning on the terrace. Our room was beautiful with its painted cupboards and private terrace too.

It was worth it to climb up the stairs to reach this biju guest house. It was more that excellent it was superb.

The room was beautiful and the urnishings were of the highest standards.

I could not find any fault at all.

Breakfast out on the roof terrace completed our stay. We will be back.

I have just returned from a beautiful holiday in Sicily & had the pleasure of staying at the Cielo Di Taormina at the beginning of our 12 night stay for three nights.
We arrived at the B&B straight from Catania airport. We had at first been hesitant about whether to arrange a private transfer to the B&B, however in the end we decided to travel by bus due to it being the much cheaper option. I would highly recommend the bus service from the airport; it was much more like a coach than a bus, clean & very reliable, it took about 1 hour thirty minutes to travel to Taormina and cost approximately 7/8 euros one way.
The B&B itself, as the name would suggest, is situated on one of the highest points of Taormina. The B&B is about a 9 minute walk from the bus station, be warned it is quite steep however perfectly doable & not a problem. I would recommend searching for the B&B on Googlemaps before arriving as it is quite tucked away. On arriving at the B&B we were greeted by our host, he kindly offered us both a drink and showed us our rooms, he then went through things to do in the area and gave us a carefully annotated map which proved very useful.
The room that we stayed in was very pretty, the wardrobes were beautifully painted with flowers & birds, & our room had its own private terrace perfect for an evening drink.
In the mornings our host had prepared a lovely breakfast; a selection of croissants & pasteries, cereals, yoghurts & fresh fruits. He would also make us a cup of coffee each morning, for us the coffee in Sicily was a highlight of our trip.
Unfortunately in Taormina just a few weeks before our stay there had been a terrible storm, the cable car to Isola Bella was therefore not working whilst we were at the B&B. There was a shuttle service arranged instead, however we decided to walk to the beach to explore the area. The walk has some spectacular views & took about thirty minutes however be warned that it is not for the faint hearted & very steep!
In the evenings the B&B is perfectly situated for restaurants, and evening drinks. On our stay we ate at the restaurant Malvasia & would highly recommend.
The B&B was one of the highlights of our trip, the service we received was outstanding and we would most definitely visit the B&B again if we were to stay in Taormina.

My husband and I with our two grown-up daughters had a very memorable 5-night stay at Cielo di Taormina. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, one having its own private balcony. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean.
There was a modern kitchen, shared sitting/dining area and sunny roof-top terrace for the guests to use and free WiFi.
We were given excellent sweet breakfasts (with fresh pastries, fruit salad, yogurts, etc) and plenty of nice, strong coffee to have on the terrace.
The hosts, Valentina and Fabio, were always very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed chatting with them each morning. They also gave us lots of advice on how to get the best out of our visit to Taormina.
The B&B is extremely well situated, only yards from the main pedestrianised thoroughfare of the town which is charming, full of interesting buildings and shops, dozens of restaurants and lots of steps!
We were able to book an excellent Sicilian cookery lesson with Chef Massimo and we also made a wine-tasting visit to the Gambino vineyard in the foothills of Mount Etna - both of which we enjoyed immensely.
I have no doubt we will be back to stay at Cielo di Taormina again before long.
