We have just returned after a week in apartment 3 (The Love Nest).
We booked this for the privacy but also to have the use of the hotels facilities which was less that a minutes walk away. We were not disappointed, the apartment was lovely with a fabulous balcony which had a stunning view.
The hotel staff were wonderful, extremely friendly yet professional and helpful.
The location is great, just a short stroll of less than 10 minutes form the Corso Umberto.
Absolutely faultless, just wishes we had stayed a few more days.
Would book again in a heartbeat!

Dear N1C from Tenerife,

All our staff appreciated your praises and we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at Villa Carlotta; in fact staying in our luxury apartments allow our guests to more privacy and extra space without losing the opportunity to take advantage of all the hotel facilities and our concierge service.
We truly hope to have the chance to have you with us soon !

Were there there for the second time. And will definitely come back. Stuff, kitchen, all is perfect, friendly and just the best. Best recommendations for their restaurant also, stunning view and great Sicilian ciusine. Thanks, team!

We recently stayed 4 nights at Villa Carlotta, in a mini suite, and had such a memorable stay. We want to thank all the staff for their outstanding level service, which exceeded our expectations. It was the little things that really counted - flowers & prosecco in the room, returning our hire car for us (to save us the hassle) free of charge, allowing us to order pizza to our room even though the kitchen had closed, great restaurant recommendations and making bookings for us, remembering our names each time we walked back into the hotel, telling us not to worry about the couple of drinks we had from the mini-bar when we pointed out that these had been left off the final bill, and the chef making us 4 mini cannolis at our request, when there weren't any out on the dessert table at our last breakfast (so delicious). The mini-suite was tastefully decorated and we loved having our own balcony to relax on, with great views. Finally, the breakfasts were a highlight - so many delicious choices, especially the desserts! Prosecco available for breakfast was also a nice touch! This was the prefect boutique hotel and could not recommend this place more highly. We absolutely loved our stay and just wish we could have stayed longer!

If we could add an extra credit circle for this hotel we would. It is spectacularly beautiful and interesting, with an interior facade of catacombs in the library. The view from the hotel restaurant is stunning. The pool area is inviting. The rooms are clean, cool, and spacious. But what sets this hotel apart is the service. It is privately owned, and Andrea, the owner, understands the hospitality business and knows how to pick the absolute best people to run the hotel. In fact, the service is at a level beyond some 5 star hotels where I've stayed on business because the people know your name and want you to know theirs (Natalie, Olga, and Simone). They are sincerely nice, and on more than one occasion went above and beyond to ensure we had a spectacular time (my wife and I were with our two teenage daughters). We ate at the restaurant one night, and experienced one of those amazing meals that we'll never forget (we all remember our dishes). David, the chef, is incredibly talented and visits with all the guests to explain the dishes. The breakfasts were also memorable, with the freshest fruit and pastries. The 5 - 10 min walk to the center of activity in Taormina translates into tranquility at night. Villa Carlotta raises the bar for what an outstanding experience should be !!

Dear PS06 from CT, USA,
it is really hard for me to find the right words to express my great appreciation and gratitude for writing such beautiful review.
It is true we cater a superlative service but dealing with super friendly guests like you and your cute daughters makes all our job easy and fair.
Thank you for your praises to our restaurant, one of our main assets is chef David a talented chef we are so lucky to have in our team; we believe that cuisine and food are something you have to share with your clients this is why David invites the people to come into the kitchen and often shows to them his work.
We all wish you our best and hope to see you again in the future.
Kind regards from Andrea and all Villa Carlotta staff
