We went here on our first night in Oristano. Service was good, food average. We got the feeling the restaurant is geared up for tourists or big groups. Nice meal but have had better since.

We sat in the back area in a large circular room. The fish was very good as well as pasta plenty of bread and good wine! Definitely recommend. Reasonably priced.

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel. When we entered the beautifully designed space at 8pm, the place was empty but for one man sitting in the bar area. A server asked if we had a reservation (we didn't) and he asked us to wait a moment. He showed us to a small, crowded, windowless room where 8 out of 12 tables were tightly occupied. It took us less than a minute to decide that we were being dissed and we left. (Still no one in the nice front space of the restaurant.) Went down the street to Trattoria da Gino & had a fabulous meal!

We had missed out by trying to walk up here on a Sunday evening after being at the beach....lesson learnt do not expect to do that in Italy. The next night we dined here and initially were shown to a large windowed back room, but it was too hot and stuffy for me, so we were reseated at the front of the restaurant. This was more intimate, and didn't look like it was so touristy. The menu was extensive and so it was difficult to narrow it down to chose....but a seafood starter was incredible, we shared it and still I could barely manage to eat it all. The wine list was extensive also and we took sommelier guidance here and had the Vermentino which was a great match to all of the seafood. Unobtrusive service, and great food meant that we left with wonderful memories of our time in Oristano.
