This hotel offered great rates. It is not top of the bill but very much allright. Clean room with enough space. The breakfast that was served was beyond expectations (Italy has a poor breakfast-tradition). It was a rich buffet. The restaurant serves qualityfood. The internetconnection in the room wasn't allways at it's best but in the public area perfect.
Very kind and helpfull staff. The owner speaks German as well next to a little English and French.
An improvement would be an elevator from the parking garage to the rooms. The owner told me that next year he will build one.
We stayed 4 nights and left the the place satisfied.

This little hotel was offering excellent rates. We found it easily with the satnav . It is on the Cisternino to Ostuni road in a tiny village and is ideally situated for visiting those 2 beautiful places and Martina Franca and Ceglie M. Alborobello is withing easy driving distance also. It has good parking under the hotel. Our room was small but very nice and comfortable with air conditioning and a very good shower room / loo. Our window looked out over one of Italy's many unfinished buildings but it it was nice and quiet. There was no Wi Fi in the room but it was available free in the nice reception area. Beakfast was excellent and plentiful. There was also a restaurant which looked very good and catered for a party of 200 locals - a confirmation party - while we were there. So the Italians obviously rate it well. In its brochure there is a swimming pool. On enquiring about this it does exist but at another property along the street that the owner also has rooms in. The staff were pleasant and very helpful even helping us to print out our Ryan Air boarding passes on the hotel computer and bringing us free coffee whilst we stressed over it.

I did not stay in this place, my host has property in Ostuni and we used to drive down to this restaurant several times in the evenings to have dinner. The place was mostly packed but we always managed to get a table. The owner is a very great friend of ours and he was always there to help the guests out.

The food was great, fresh and wonderfully presented.
I enjoyed the Buffalo mozzarella most and the pizza guy makes the best pizza Ive ever had. I also loved the veggie appetizers they had, chopped radish, carrots and cucumbers.... they really got me in the mood for eating.
The wine is great and I was amused by how generous they were with their food.

The waiters speak perfect English and they are really friendly.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a real fresh Italian food experience.

Marthar.

We stayed in this hotel for a week at the end of September last year. It was being renovated when we stayed which meant that many mornings we were woken up by the noise from the builders. The website that we booked through did not mention that any of this was going on but it did not spoil the holiday completely and this is largely to do with the staff. Throughout our stay the staff couldn't do more to help, even though a few of them spoke little English we got by no problem. The hotel is a little way from Cisternino and Ostuni so you do need a car to get around. We had a little problem finding the hotel but were helped by some very nice locals we met in a bar. The food in the hotel is very nice and there is also another lovely restaurant in the village. I can see from the photos that the work on the hotel now appears to be complete and it looks lovely.
