Description: Tables laid on a magnificent terrace under the stars or in the elegant indoor dining room, in the enchanting settings of Campo Sant’Angelo, the Ristorante Acqua Pazza and its cuisine are an exclusive and extraordinary piece of Amalfi in Venice. Each recipe is the fruit of authentic Amalfi cuisine, each dish is exquisitely prepared with quality fresh ingredients, always accompanied by Campania wines that enhance the Mediterranean flavors. The delicious appetizers and sublime fish dishes, mouth-watering pasta, magnificent Neapolitan pizza and cordial Iennaco family have won over those who love Venice and fine dining.

A little more expensive than most of the other restaurants we ate at in Venice, but definitely worth it.

We were there with my 11 year old son and they were very accommodating. While specializing in seafood, the other items on the menu we tried were just as good.

Reservations recommended.

We visited as a party of six in February so no outside seating but there is no doubt that this restaurant must enliven the rather dour Campo Sant Angelo in the summer. After ordering the restaurant produced a nice 'amuse bouche' which set us up for an exciting meal. Unfortunately there was much too much salt in the first course of fish and stuffed squid. The salt seemed to be in the sauce accompanying the squid. This rather put a damper on the rest of the meal.

Something of a tradition for us -we’ve been on every Venice trip. Has clearly gone a bit upmarket price wise but the expensive pizzas we had we absolutely laden with toppings and very good ones at that so you get what you pay for. Sides were excellent and service stylish as ever nice touches and extras such as home made liqueurs after and a fabulous setting when the sun is out in a beautiful central sun trap square. We’ll certainly continue the tradition next time.
