Everything in the description of this property is spot on.The Appartment is roomy & well appointed, The bed is one of the best we have slept in & the supplied instructions on how to get there made it simple to get to. We both have slight mobility issues but we still found it easy to walk to all the tourist attractions or the boat to get to them. Our host was helpful without being intrusive - helpfull hints such as the location of the nearest supermarket, restaurants close by & how to get to various attractions. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Living in a place like this only adds to the experience of visiting a fantastic city like Venice. The canal view, the character and coziness of the apartment and the ample amenities made for a very comfortable and memorable stay.

The kitchen was fully functional with every utensil we needed (except for a spatula and can opener) and boasts with a Nespresso machine (Elisabetta even provided us with pods!).

It was always a delight to return to the apartment after a day of walking and just kick up your feet and enjoy the tranquility and silence - the only sounds being the water taxis on the canal and the odd passerby on the bridge.

a truly amazing apartment from the moment you step through the wooden doors ,the view of the courtyard to the apartment itself.Everything you need is here is perfect, great location once you get your bearings!you can walk to all the sights in about 10 minutes slightly longer if you get lost (and you will get lost but thats the fun of venice, just pop in to a bar and have a house wine or a campari spritz and check your map)I really did love staying here and i can't give the owner a bigger compliment than that. Please book and enjoy.

Venice Island is vehicle free, so you walk every where. This apartment is centrally located so it's just a short walk to most of the sights. Mrs. E was very helpful to point out on a map where to shop, sights to see and how to get where we wanted to go. We highly recommend this apartment.

“A Home in Venice”

It may be a little out of the way at first but this is the perfect rental space in Venice. Every major site is in walking distance and yet this gem is out of the tourists path. The space itself is a perfect mixture of old and new. The ceiling still maintains its old world charm with a series of serious wood beams. Inside the giant loft space is a beautiful cube. Stairs on the side of the cube leads to a giant bed on top. In side the cube and under the sleeping space is an ultra modern kitchen. The place is topped off with Murano chandlers. This place is so cool! I would love to stay here again!
