This is a great value - my family stayed in rooms 4 and 5, a private suite with two rooms and a private bathroom connected by a hallway.

The rooms are small and modest. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is right by St. Mark's Square.

Room Tip: For a family of four the private suite (rooms 4 & 5) was great. Included one room with a queen bed and one room with two single beds. The room with the single beds was small but liveable.

This is the best place to stay in Venice. Very friendly people. Price - quality best there is.
Near St Marc's place (10 meter). They even have a room where you can see the two More's on a private terrace.

Room Tip: If can do stairs ask for the room with the Altena (private terrace) that looks on the Basilica Di San Marco and the two Moors.

It was amazing to find such a lovely little hotel in the centre of Venice, just of St Marco square. The rooms are quite cosy and modern and the staff are friendly. The prices are very reasonable too, considering the central location.

Fantastic price for this location. It's a small hotel with very helpful staff (Tatiana) just a block away from St. Mark's Square. We stayed in the Annex (the Lion Room) which was very clean with a private bathroom. The room was above the street but the windows did well to block out any noise. It's a great choice.

I stayed in a small but clean room with a shared bath- though I don't think anyone shared it. The hotel is one block off St Marco square. The street below was quite lively but the window shutters block the noise quite well. Hotel staff are quite helpful and are accessible 24 hours. Can't beat the location!

Room Tip: The shutters are really good at blocking out noise from the street below. There are quite a few stairs. The staff offered to help with my bag but I carried it myself.
