The hotel is located very conveniently to vaporetto stops. The room was clean and spacious. It was a great value for the price. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Their English was quite good.

Breakfast, located around the corner in the annex, offered variety and excellent service.

Lovely well located hotel. Good breakfast in annex with excellent coffee. The terrace cafe is really misleading. Great picture. Not such great deck. Lovely room and bath with excellent air conditioning.
Close to ferries and everything you need.

We stayed for annual Festa Del Redentore. I have to admit that they used the opportunity to charge extra for the night of festivities, but who does not?

It is extremely easy to reach from either airport or train station as vaporetto stop for both alilaguna lines blu (airport) and many boats that go to the train station stop directly in front of the hotel.

We booked lagoon view room and the view was spectacular - San Giorgio Maggiore was right across and Venice lagoon where barges with fireworks were stationed was also slightly to the right. Needless to say fireworks were spectacular and we enjoyed our vantage point immensely.

About room itself - it was of reasonable size by european standard. Bathroom even included bidet and bathroom. Windows could be opened and we used the opportunity to sit in front of open windows enjoying sunset every evening. Internet was free and reasonably fast. There was in-room safe.

Management was reasonably welcoming and all our service needs were promptly addressed. in the last day we left our bags in the hotel and in the evening just took boat to the railway station.

Breakfast was included and was served in sister hotel around the corner. It contained reasonable spread of cold and hot items as well as quite good coffee.

I would not hesitate to stay there again.
