My wife and I are huge foodies, so we set out on an adventure to find a delicious restaurant on our own. Normally we ask hotel staff for good local spots, but I trusted my instincts and Trip Advisor reviews.
We were led here to Impronta by the looks and descriptions of all the menu items. We started with the Chefs Mixed Fish Appetizer which had great presentation! About 4 out of 6 samples were very tasty, and 2 we didn't care for. For entrees I got the Black Noodles with Seafood in Tomato Sauce which I loved! And my wife had the Duck Leg with Seasonal Purée and Violet Potato Chips, also delish but much more rich than a savory dish.
The wait staff was very polite and made sure they checked on is to see if everything was going well. I'm a little upset I didn't get to try the Suckling Pig dish, sounds so good and right up my alley!
The place is a bit small inside and unassuming, but give it a shot! I don't think you will regret it if you're into lots of flavors.
