Coming back repeatedly we looked for uncharted territory.
The place is not in the city center, easy parking and spacious venue.
The locally typical raw fish-platter was nice with 3 king of carpaccio and 3 kind of tartar with different flavoured mayo-s.
The scallops with porcini mushrooms and the reimagined gaspacho with shrimps was delicate.
The octopus was the only meal not outstanding.
Very fast service, which is rare in fine-dining restaurants, although gourmets may be in a hurry too.
