There are many good places to eat in Padua, but this was our favourite.

It overlooks the splendid Prata della Valle and has a fine interior with impressive murals.

Service is excellent, food tasty and prices (by UK standards) low. Also the house wine at Euro 5.00 per half litre went down very well.

This restaurant was recommended to us by by a family member who visited last year, we in turn will be recommending it to our friends and family.

We were recommended this restaurant by a guide and we had a very pleasant meal on a Sunday evening. The restaurant is very nicely laid out and the tables have white tablecloths. The service was good. There is a great salad bar in the xentre with a dome that is elevated by the waiters. We both had Fegato venetizia which was good and sides of chips and salad. There was wine avalable by the litre which was a reasonable 8 euros for a litre. We had dessert and coffe and the bill came to €60. The restaurant organised a taxi dor us to get back to our hotel

Located by the Piazza Prato della Valle. Good stop while sightseeing Padova. Interior of the restaurant is great, though we opted to seat outside in the patio.

Food is good, nothing extraordinary, just good. Our party chose several dishes, I would say the winner were spaghetti scoglio (with sea food) - though minimum order are two plates. Pizza's were OK, nothing special. For desert I liked crostata di fruta.

Service was friendly, though slow and a bit absent (hard to get the attention).

All in all, a nice place to have relaxing lunch. I recommend pasta dishes instead of pizza.

Padua has yet to be overrun by tourists in the manner of nearby Venice so is a great place to stay and eat for affordable prices. Food excellent, service friendly. Can't wait to go back to the frescoes, atmosphere and food in this great place.

In the centre of Padova, fantastic ambience and excellent service. The prices are not too high. We had pizzas and liver. They were all excellent. Worth a visit.
