This is neither a place for traditional local cuisine nor a fancy restaurant with complicated food. The dishes are interesting and well prepared. You will eat very well here and enjoy it thoroughly.
The tagliolini al ragu di coniglio were simple and delicious. The filettini di maiale and the breast of guinea hen were both excellent, as were the accompanying mushrooms (finferli), polenta, and cannellini bean salad. The waiter recommended a superb Trentino red wine, Fojaneghe, which we will try to find in a shop when we get home.
