There is not a lot to say about this place, mainly that it does the best pizza you will ever eat. I had a Pugliese, and when I asked for some Peperoncino, was offered (what to me) was anew idea, it was a powdered chilli (look it up at www.peperita.it) in two types, I put Trinidad Scorpion (15/15 on heat scale) on one half of my pizza, and Naga Chocolate (13/15 on heat scale) on the other, and please don't knock it unless you have tried it. The Scorpion had a definite sting, the Naga a little more subtle, but quite simply the best Pizza I have eaten in a very long time. David and his staff are warm and welcoming, attentive without being over fussy, and certainly know what they are doing with a pizza oven
