I spent one night in this hotel. Excellent location, right in the historical city center and well connected to the metro and trams.
The hotel is in a beautiful '800 building.
The staff is frendly and helpful.
HOWEVER the room was located in a dark, smelly attic which requires a lot of work to reach the 3 stars standard and to look similar to the pictures on the web site.
More clarity about the comfort level of the attic would avoid too high expectations and disappointment of the guests.

We stayed just for one night at this hotel, located close to Piazza Solferino in a grandiose 19th Century building, which always make me happy. Breakfast was varied and abundant. Our two kids had a good night (with a cot provided by staff). Our girl even forgot her fluffy animal in bed...which sent us home in Brussels afterwards !

Definitely a good hotel for people who like old-world charm, situated close to Porta Susa station in an nice neighbourhood.

This hotel is very conveniently located half way between Turin's two main railway stations, in a pleasant area full of huge mansions. The rooms are all on the fourth floor, which you access by means of a somewhat scarily ancient but functioning lift. My room was comfortable enough, though it could have been cleaner, and was generally in need of a lick of paint. It was at the back of the building and very quiet. The wifi didn't work very reliably. The breakfast was generous by Italian standards, and the staff seemed helpful and friendly.

i stayed with my family in this hotel for 3 nights. first of all i have to say that rooms were dirty and one bed was not made so the housekeeper needed to come at 7 pm to do it.. i do not understand why they couldnt do it before our arrival.. secondly, i had to ask the reception to change towels in the bathroom (i had to do this like everyday).. the overall standard of the in-room furniture was quite low.. whereas the breakfast was actually quite good value for money.. great location right in the heart of Torino but unfortunatly the hotel isnt run properly...

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. A great breakfast was included in the price, with fresh cakes, ham, sausages and cheese, bacon and eggs, yogourt, cornflakes, croissants and the usual bread, jam and butter. It is located downtown in an ancient and safe "palazzo" and you can go by walking to all the interesting places in Torino. In the ground floor there are two sitting rooms with couches very comfortable to have a rest, plus the dining room for breakfast. I had room number 9 which despite it is considered individual it was huge, a sort of mansarde, with a four pieces bathroom. Everything was very clean, they cleaned and changed towels every day.
Staff is nice and helpful. The only flaw is that wifi is not free.
