We found this apartment to be mostly well appointed and convenient to day trip travel through Italy. However the property manager is not as responsive as one would want, only eventually answering questions. Most troubling were the simple things like how to run the dishwasher. They don't supply bath soap or have additional supplies of toilet paper or paper towels, so if you use it, you replace it! We weren't told that either. We never found lids to pots and pans and when we asked, were told incorrectly. At some point, you just stop asking and make due. This is a lovely apartment, very nice neighbors, but has an absent doorman, so don't be swayed by that. We only saw "kevin" twice in the almost 9 days we were there, one of which was they day we were leaving with oversized luggage; he offered not one hand to assist from the tiny elevator car to the awaiting taxi. We arrived on a Sunday, and due to the location (businesses with some small eateries), nothing was open, markets, etc. Monday May 1` was a national holiday, again, property manager did not tell us that, again, nothing opened. So, some frustrations, but would recommend this if you're traveling through northern Italy. The convenience of being 3 blocks from the train station was the best thing about this apartment.
