Originally booked ristorante Breton which is only around the the corner but they messed up the booking so took a chance on here instead.

Was not disappointed in the slightest.

From bubbles to the bill it was flawless.

Service was friendly for a place that is clearly chasing the Michelin plaudits.

Even though we only went for two courses and a desert to share the chef sent out a amuse bouche, 3 different types of small fired bread sliders and a incredible sweet potato and hazelnut foam soup All free of charge.

The scallop carpaccio was sublime as was the gnocchi, asparagus and ricotta.

The cod was cooked to perfection with clear finesse and skill abundant in the creamed potato foam. Stunning!

The desert was cannolo with 7 toppings and beautify light ricotta ice cream.

The menu is very seafood heavy but if that's what your looking for this place is highly recommended.

Let me start off with an explanation on the title-to say the LEAST, attention to detail among many other fine attributes, are what this gem of a restaurant has! Every plate, every bite, down to the most minute detail has been thought on, tasted to perfection and added to each dish! The bite size amouse bouche that continually come throughout the meal are exquisitely prepared with decadence! It all starts when you're seated and you are delivered an egg custard served in an egg with just the right hint of spice and salt! Next comes a fried dumpling of escarole and olive, then the menus are handed out! Another morsel of deliciousness comes out in the form of a bite size salmon slider with a hint of stoneground mustard and chive, then we order! I ordered the ricotta gnocchi with asparagus and the cuttlefish with peas and broccoli. As we wait a few more nuggets of bite sized flavor explosion come out-sautéed asparagus diced and topped with a perfect quail egg-heavenly! Then a couple of sliders-on egg and chive with chile and 1 open faced with speck and homemade pickle! Then our primo starters come out-small perfect portion of pillowy gnocchi and asparagus then another morsel, and then the cuttlefish-again perfect small portion with squid ink and peas-delicious! The service was superb!!! Lastly, the dessert-Dolci! The cannolo made special - chocolate fried cannoli chips, served with bowls of toppings-cinnamon, pistachio crumble, candied orange and lemon, chocolate chunks, ricotta cream, cherries and marmalade-to make your own how you like!! Really decadent!! Definitely 5 stars!!

It was very quiet when we arrived (Maybe it was too early for dining in Milano.) so we were a bit taken aback. However, the very attentive and friendly staff promptly made us feel more relaxed.
The relatively small menu offered good choices so we took our time. Whilst we were discussing our options the first of the amouse-bouches arrived - a delightful 'savoury custard' - and they kept coming throughout the meal.
This is actually the differential of this modern and airy restaurant: the right combination of a la carte service and a quasi menu d'hote that works very well. We liked some things more than others but that's just taste as they were all excellent.
As they have a spacious outside sitting area, I suspect that the dining experience in milder weather - it was a very cold night - would be quite different. We shall give it a try next time we're in Milano.
