Since 2005 I go to Milan twice a year but never had the opportunity to visit this wonderful restaurant . We ate here on the last night of our Italian vacation. We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated. The waiter immediately came to make recommendations on food and wine. He was incredibly helpful at making wine recommendations to go with each course.
The food was incredibly unique and creative, and most of the food came out perfectly. The portions were bigger and we still got most of what we wanted to taste.
The dinner was very Italian. We sat down around 8:00 pm and didn't get up until after midnight. This meal was all in all a phenomenal meal. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Tried the fixed menu with a group of friends. Generally very good, very interesting plates that mostly take from northern Italy traditions but always with a twist or an unusual combination of ingredients or a surprising taste.
Not cheap, but not michelin-star expensive.
Service is good, although there is room for improvement.

We ate here on the last night of our Italian vacation. We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated near the front of the restaurant. That was too bad as there's a cool rock covered wall in the back, but it was full. The server immediately came to make recommendations on food and wine. He was incredibly helpful at making wine recommendations to go with each course - even begging us off a more expensive bottle for a cheaper one when he said our selection wouldn't go well with the main courses.

The food was incredibly unique and creative, and most of the food came out perfectly. One or two dishes weren't as good as others - although still very good and only lesser in comparison. They have an option for a 7 course tasting menu. We ended up not ordering that but each ordered most of the courses and shared. The portions were bigger and we still got most of what we wanted to taste.

The dinner was very Italian. We sat down around 8:30PM and didn't get up until after midnight. This meal was all in all a phenomenal meal. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

It's my second review about this place but I can't refrain from writing some compiments. It was my last dinner in Milan after some negative expirience in other places. And I was absolutely satisfied with it. Food here is excellent. It's foodie paradise. Choice of wine is wide with different vintages. Decoration is very unusual (not for the classics lovers). So just lots of thanks to Francesco Pasalaqua. Definitely come back again.
