We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in December 2017. The hotel is in a good location, based near a metro stop and close to many shops and good restaurants. The bathroom was small and the room was basic but clean and functional. Our room faced the street but it wasn't noisy. They had a decent continental breakfast which was included in the rate and the staff were friendly and helpful. For the price paid, it was a good option.

I really enjoyed the service at this hotel. The staff is friendly and well-trained and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is near a park for strolls, walks or runs.

This hotel is located in the Porta Venezia area, which is about 5 metro stops from the city centre and was easy to find from metro stop, Rupublicca. We had a well-equipped twin room with a large en-suite facility. The room was clean and tidy at all times and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety and choice of food. The Lobby staff were exceptional and only too pleased to help with enquiries and in assisting us in printing our boarding passes for the return trip. They had excellent knowledge of local amenities and directed us to an excellent restaurant nearby on our last night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in this excellent hotel.

Helpful staff, perfect location, awesome breakfast, beautiful courtyard, nice room...
Everything you could want.
Trip A. asked for 200 words on the review. Seems excessive and discouraging to leave a review. Poetry not essays people!
Anyway this is a great hotel! If you search you can find a deal that’s in line with the other hotels. Oh and it’s on a side street so minimal traffic. Get a room that faces the courtyard.

The staff is nice, friendly and patient. Very nice breakfast.
The hotel has a good location, close to Duomo and Corso Buenos Aires with numerous shops. We recommend to stay in the hotel whether you go for business or tourism, for families, friends and colleagues

Room tip: Very nice staff. 3 metro stops from Duomo. Located in a quiete area with an easy reach to cafes and restaurants, comfortable for staying
