We had a max budget per night for our weekend-getaway, and San Guido was the only place that came up that also is located in Central Milano. We were very satisfied with the rooms, service, breakfast and not least the location of the place. If there was only one thing we missed that would have made the experience 100% perfect, than it would have been if they have had a view from the rooms, but all in all a very nice and comfy place to stay in the heart of Milan.

In contrary to earlier reviews, we had a great experience with the hotel staff. Super friendly and helpful. They made us feel really welcome.

Location wise the hotel is close to China town, corso Como and Garibaldi train station. Public transport is close by and you can reach all main sites within 20 minutes. Nice restaurants and a supermarket around the corner as well.

The room was great. Nice comfy beds, spacious room. Shower was a bit small and took a while to get warm but nothing you can't get over. Breakfast mostly sweets and some meat and cheese, did the trick to start the day with.

In the end a really lovely stay. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly. This makes all the difference.

Hotel is slightly dated but has a quirky feel. Staff were so helpful and made sure we had what we wanted. The location is great and near to many attractions. Free (small) buffet breakfast. Overall pleasant stay for the price.

The room and cleanliness was great, the location fine, the breakfast good and the lady serving it very hospitable. The first disappointment was the lack or very weak wifi signal in the room... A booster costs so little to install! The second even more serious disappointment was the behaviour of most reception staff... A smile and good manners costs nothing but the lack of it is unforgivable to a guest...

All hotels in Milan was fully booked, last minute I find this hotel.
The hotel is nice with big room , bath water in the shower was cold and a lot of noise from the train past by.
I recommend only if the budget is low
