I booked this hotel for 2 nights for a long weekend in Milan. Breakfast was included, savings on parking included, nice small balcony, interesting history of the building it self, good location to central Milan which is walking distance and of course with local transport. Situated between two Metro line stations.
The reception is 24/7, floor decorations is unique, staff very friendly, breakfast OK, maybe "fresh fruit" must be reconsidered, it looked very tired.
Price is super.

Room Tip: Single rooms on third floor. Not very sound proof

I stayed here for one night on a recent business trip. Though it is not luxurious, it does have everything that one could need. The room was well-appointed, staff helpful and breakfast adequate. No more, no less.

The negative input:
- No hot water We did Complaint over it several times (so bathed cold and didnt use the ti
- Paper thin walls - not pleasant to hear the neighbour clearly on the bath room (or the cleaning Ladies starting on work at 7)
- internet didnt work, eventhough We mentioned it in the reception several times

Plus:
- good breakfast
- geography - close to tram and metro
- Service - the people tried to help, but couldnt

Our conference was held at this hotel but I would not have chosen to stay here if it was for a holiday. The lobby was very pedestrian and not at all welcoming. We were checked in but not given any further information on their amenities and I didn't find out that they actually had three restaurants on site until the last day of the Conference. No one at the check-in gave any additional information. The hotel is situated around a courtyard and the halls are all around it making for a somewhat confusing layout. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and consisted of a European style array of food including meats and cheeses etc. The rooms were adequate but not that spacious and the walls are very thin so that we often overheard the guests next door.
The main advantage to the location of the hotel was that it was across the street from
Leonardo De Vinci's Last Supper.

No hotel is located just opposite of the church with the famous "Last Supper" from Leonardo da Vinci. Public transportation is just outside of the hotel and you're just outside of the inner city of Milan were all the famous sites are located. Around the hotel you have a couple of nice restaurants. I would not recommend a hotel if you want to stay with the car, because I have seen no parking. The hotel itself is an old monastery and you feel history when you walk through it. The room I had was quite tiny, especially the bathroom. But equipment and furniture was modern and I did not miss anything for a comfortable stay. I slept well. Hotel stuff was reasonably friendly and very helpful with questions. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was just us you expect I had a three star hotel. You phoned nice little things, but it was not extraordinary.
