The hotel is just outside the village of Baveno. Perfect for a relaxing peaceful break. The rooms are clean and big. Great view on the lake. Nice big breakfast too. With the private beach it's a must in the summer!

We arrived in the dark, and when we woke next morning, opened our blinds to the most unbelievable lake view that you could imagine.
The hotel is small and family owned for three generations. The staff can't do enough for their customers, always helpful and attentive.
Rooms are clean and modern, although our shower cubicle was fairly small and would be my only minor issue.
There is a small beach, sunbeds, umbrella's and tables in the garden, even a play area for those with small children.
The town of Feriolo is a ten minute walk away, but would recommend hiring a car as the Lake has so many hidden treasures to explore.

Room tip: All rooms are lake-fronted

On a busy road but not a worry as all rooms are facing the lake with fantastic views. Very clean, friendly family run hotel. Breakfast a little disappointing not a toaster for instance. Great terrace with sun beds looking straight on to the lake.can walk into nearby village but the restaurants there expensive as only a couple.

Room tip: Would not like a room on the ground floor or lower floor personally.

The most striking aspect is the beautiful view on the lake. The hotel did not have a restaurant but it was a 5-minute walk to the village with nice restaurants also right on the lake. Private parking was perfect. Staff speaks English and are very friendly..

Friendly service by all the staff - particularly Michael (Barman / Waiter) Plenty of choice with the breakfast and snacks during the day as well as an evening bar, all the staff always friendly and professional.
Our room was on the ground floor with balcony looking onto the lake,, although the Hotel is on a main road and our room faced onto the lake you cannot hear the traffic and the Air-Con was very efficient as it was hot,31C, when we were there.
The small town of Feriolo was a 15 minute stroll from the hotel where there are numerous restaurants on the Lakeside which offer good food and service.
Finally the hotel provides free WiFi and parking
Only slight criticism was a small bathroom with thin towels
We would use this hotel again.

Room tip: If old or find stairs difficult ask for ground floor room
