Spectacular views.

You need to book in advance to go to the top of the tower.

You can go to the top through spiral staircase, in the end it gives a amazing panoramic view of the city and lake.

Guided tour is also available.

A typical beautiful Italian church! I go into every one I see and haven't been sorry yet. Except for one in Milan that had a very rude man (priest?) at it. This one in Lecco does not disappoint.

Our group of seven enjoyed a special tour of the tower this morning. Our guides gave us all kinds of historical information about the building of the tower as well as its meaning for the people of the town. It took about an hour to really casually enjoy the climb and the view from the top.
Those with a fear of heights or closed spaces might find the visit a little stressful ... but we loved it!!
