Katie's cooking class takes place in her home in the hills of Como. My daughter and I decided to do the Organic Pizza and Gelato class, which we loved. There were also two other couples plus one family of four. We had a good time getting to know other Americans while in Como as Katie taught us how to make delicious and light pizzas using a sour dough bread starter. If you are visiting Como, you should put this on your list of things to do. Well worth the 4 hours. Katie takes the time to answer questions and allows everyone to participate in the cooking class where YOU get to prepare the food and then eat it.
