We cannot rate this beautiful, small and quiet luxury B&B highly enough. It is run by the most helpful, caring sisters - Fatima & Yasmin - who simply cannot do enough for you!

We are on our honeymoon and it's is the most perfect place. We could not feel any more looked after and relaxed.

Our room is lovely and has the most comfortable and largest bed we have ever slept in. It has been cleaned to perfection everyday, with fresh fluffy towels placed in and is immaculate again.

The location for us is also perfection, as it is approximately a really pleasant 10 minute walk from the centre of Bellagio - which for us is fantastic - as we have been able to escape back to here from the tourist crowds in town, and be lazy on the comfortable sun loungers by the lovely pool.

Its so quiet and peaceful, it feels like you have your own private villa!!

So far, Fatima & Yasmin have booked restaurants for us, (which meant we had amazing seats at both), provided us with a charger adaptor (as we forgot ours!), supplied a lovely breakfast each day with sliced Italian meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, yoghurts, great coffee and tea and just generally made us feel so at home! Also, they have a lovely selection of wines and prosecco to buy - that gets served out into the seats outside, in an ice bucket and with fresh homemade bruschetta.....

All in all, this is one of the nicest and friendliest places that we have ever stayed in.

One thing I would say, is if you are travelling here and arriving by boat to Bellagio - call or email the hotel in advance and they will organise a taxi to pick you up from there - well worth a little cost, as the walk up the hill is slightly less enjoyable dragging your case.....

We would not hesitate to stay here again, and we have another 4 days left still to enjoy it....!!

Thank you Charming Bellagio!

We stayed at the Charming Bellagio boutique hotel for 4 nights and it was perfect. It is run by two sisters Yasmin and Fatima and they were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble they are friendly, informative, knowledgable and happy.
The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the centre of Bellagio, it is modern (built in 2014) clean and comfortable.
Nice continental breakfast with good choices, and drinks can also be ordered through the day.
Nice pool and sun beds and we had a great view of the lake from our balcony (room 4)
After lots of research on where to stay we were both delighted to have picked this small hotel and the price was great.
I would highly recommend :)
Free Parking right above hotel with roughly a 50 metre walk down a cobbled lane.
Tips. I read another review and took a small mirror as apart from bathroom and inside wardrobe door there was no other mirror in our room, small thing worth pointing out.

Room Tip: Pick a lake view room 4 was great

We stayed here for four nights. Lovely quiet small family run hotel with great view of Lake Como.
We had a family room with great facilities and also very clean to a high standard.
Breakfast was included which was good.
There is a small pool and the surrounding gardens were well maintained.
Very quiet place.
Our hosts were lovely and very informative of the area and gave my wife a small complimentary bottle of wine when they found out it was her birthday. This was a lovely touch.
Bellagio is a short walk away with loads of restaurants, bars, shops and great ferry service

This place is a very nice place to stay. The staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. The rooms are romantic with fresh bathrooms. The whole place has great character and a feeling of family. The pool is well kept and situated in a pretty garden. Breakfast is good too with plenty to choose from. The only downside is that we ended up with the room with the least attractive "balcony". If you stay here, ask for a room on the 2nd floor.

We stayed at the Charming Bellagio 4 for nights while we were attending a friend's wedding. The hotel is modern and immaculately presented and the sisters who manage it are very friendly and super helpful.

The gardens and pool offer space to relax which is not available closer to the centre of the town and it's also possible to walk down to the lake in 5 minutes.

We would love to return one day.
