Owner description: This is what Italy is all about when you visit this scenic park on Lake Como, as you gaze upon the magnificent views of the distant Swiss Alps that seem to touch the waters of the lake.

We took the walk to the end of Bellagio called LaPunta. There is a small park and you can walk up the the water. There is also a great view of Varenna

We ate at a restaurant overlooking this and strolled around a bit in the early evening. There are some wonderful hotels and grounds worth photographing

We enjoyed our fairly level walk (unlike most of the very hilly wallks in Bellagio and in Italy in general) to this lovely point where Lake Como splits in two.

We couldn't find another spot to have a swim for our 2-years old son, but this place was really good. Some swimming shoes would have been smart. Great views from here, sunset spot.

We had lunch and ordered the grilled fish. It was very nice. It's quite expensive, so if you're travelling on budget - maybe not the best place, but if you're willing to pay for a perfect scenery, great service and delicious food - we'd definitely recommend.
