An excellent hotel with amazing staff & stunning views!

Pool very clean - drinks a little pricy at the side of the pool. €22 for a G&T!!!!

Rooms spacious & very clean. Baby cot added into room & yet still plenty of space. Bathroom very clean!

Restaurants very accommodating as we have a baby who has numerous allergies!

Overall great trip!

After a short visit to Bellagio previously we were taken aback by Villa Serbeloni and decided to approach them for the possibility of hosting our weding there. I can honestly say it ewxceeded every expectaion we had for the day. The food was a particular highlight - six courses of breathtaking, Michelin star food that everbody commented on.

The organisation was exceptional throughout - Stefania in the events management team there was absolutely incredible. We were able to simply kmove through our wedding, not noticing all of the logisitcs going on around us and enjoy ourselves. It really was a stunning logisitcal diaply from her team.

You won't find a more stunning venue in all of Como and there are a plethora of bars and smaller venues to explore all in walking distance from the hotel that allow for an exciting few days in Bellagfio for all of our guests.

Room Tip: Lake facing as you would expect is what it's all about :)

Genuine old world luxury with modern amenities (well functioning air conditioning, large modern bathroom) set in a fantastic location on Lake Como. We had a large corner suite with terrific views across the lake to the mountains. Service was friendly and efficient. The hotel never felt crowded -- there is a lot space for the number of guest rooms. Bellagio is a charming town (although, unlike the hotel, it did feel crowded). One of the best vacation hotels I've visited in Europe.

Just staying at this hotel is a vacation in itself. The pool is amazing...overlooking the lake and mountains...plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The gardens are spectacular, well-maintained and filled with vibrantly colored flowers and trees. The common areas within the Villa are beautiful and elegant. Both inside and out are a photographers dream; so many wonderful images...photo ops at every turn.

Breakfast is served in a ballroom! And so much to choose... There is an entire section devoted to fresh fruit and varied granola choices. Pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, peaches...stewed prune compote and peaches in syrup are also available. Another section is devoted entirely to bread: various loaves and rolls to choose from. Scrambled eggs and CRISPY bacon, meats and cheese, smoked salmon and all the fixings( tomatoes, onions, capers). There is also a choice of delicious pastries and breakfast tortes.

The fitness center is in a separate building and is huge, with lots of machines to choose from. Free weights and exercise mats are plentiful.

You walk outside the gates of the villa and you are in the charming town of Bellagio with all its restaurants and shops.

This hotel is excessively expensive. It may be because it is the only five star hotel in Bellagio.

The location is definitely great. The view and exterior areas (garden and pool) of the hotel are magical.

You have to admire antique furniture to enjoy the rooms of this hotel. The configuration and furniture are very old and antique. Rooms are spacious though. It was a different experience for us.

The hotel has great restaurants.
