Booked sea view but ended up with a tree view! Asked for higher floor but was refused inspire of the hotel being mostly free that night.

Demanded extra cost for the same sea view I had booked through the agent. Reason: I requested for a room with a good view in the special request box!

Had to run up and down for hot water to drink.

Friendly old persons running the hotel but the guy was making jovial but rude remarks on your choice of how you take coffee..in patient as we did not know the language...was helpful with a moment or two!

Lady who managed checkout in the morning friendly and spoke English.

Good decoration inside with basic rooms with zero facilities. Not even a kettle. No coffee making facilities either. So if u like Ur morning coffee in the room this is not your place...no room service.

Dump yard in front of the hotel but not very ugly or dirty though.

U want a sea view room and that's why u r booking? Ask for fourth floor. Or else the view can be obtained only. Y walking out of the hotel or climbing the roof top. The picture of the balcony is very misleading. It suggests they have linen on the table with room service and that's why I booked ...but alas! Ended up regretting. Y decision to enter Italy for a nights stay.

Room tip: Ask for fourth floor if u want a sea view

We loved this hotel. It's well placed just by the town's best beach - sand - and in comfortable walking distance of the good restaurants in the town. The staff are pleasant and helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean. The marina works opposite seem to have 2 men and a dog working intermittently and in no way spoiled our visit. Very reasonable price with a standard Italian buffet breakfast.

Seafront hotel with on road free parking. We had a family room on the 4th floor with unobstructed views of open sea, the marina (which is still in the process of being built) and some distant mountain. Balcony was a nice touch with a table and a couple of chairs. At night we could hear the waves crashing on the shore, which was very relaxing. Nice decor, and layout of room, very small room safe (which we were not able to open after closing the first time) and very high level of cleanliness. A few steps away is a public pebbled beach fit for swimming. Hotel is at the end of the old town of Ventimiglia. As this part of the seafront seemed to be 'one way', the road was relatively quiet and was not constantly full of traffic. Breakfast was the basic continental breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely refurbished hotel with pleasant staff and comfortable rooms however to pay extra for a "Sea View" is a complete waste of money as the 'Marina" and Private Beach Club don't exist just lots of debris machines noise and hoardings blocking the 'works' which seem to have been ongoing for sometime and looks abandoned, very very disappointing, not a balcony where you want to share an evening glass of wine whilst taking in the view!!!!! If however you just need to lay your head somewhere clean and comfortable this hotel is perfect

Since we had some shopping to do at the great Friday-market in Ventimiglia, we arrived Thursday, and chose to stay at this hotel, wich is situated next to the sea. We had a very nice room at 4. floor, with an terrific view to sea, mountains and sun-set. The decoration of the room was elegant and delicate. Nice colours.
The hotel is also situated close to the very interesting old town of Ventimiglia. A mere maze of tiny and steep streets. We had a walk here before dinner, wich we had at the restaurant of the hotel.
Parking and wifi is free.
Breakfast, very Italian.

Room tip: Fourth floor to the west has great view.
