Outstanding day spent with Allesandro visiting Parmigiano, Balsamic and Parma ham factories. #DOP This tour was well organized, informative and above all else fun. I think I am still full from the million course delicious meal we were served at the end. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone in Bologna. Grazie mille Allesandro.

We had an amazing tour right from the initial booking ( great communications!) to being picked up from the hotel by Marco to a full day of learning, tasting and laughing with Alessandro! Alessandro was very knowledgeable, entertaining and passionate about his job. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and food tour! Highly recommended.

What an outstanding experience! I cannot speak highly enough of Alessandro and his tours. Alessandro was extremely enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable, and funny! His tour was not only enjoyable, but very educational; I will re-evaluate the way in which I shop for some of my fave products, including #parmegianoreggiano, #prosciutto, and #balsamic...#DOP for life!!! The entire tour was really great. communication seamless, punctual pick-up, and every stop provided an exceptional experience and stunning food quality, including a phenomenal lunch at a local #trattoria. Bonus points: I am a fellow tour operator: this man knows his business, and treats his guests - and tourism partners - accordingly. Bravissimo, Alessandro! Grazie mille!

We did the Bologna/ Emilia Romanga day food experience and it was wonderful! We were picked up promptly in a Mercedes mini van by our personal driver for the day and were taken to the Parmigiano Regianno (not Parmesan!) factory where we met our guide Allesandro. Alesandro is an amazing guide and so passionate about the food of his region. We also visited Balsamic producer and Prosciutto producer. It was all fascinating and if you are a foodie you will LOVE this day. Had an amazing lunch in traditional trattoria in the hills with lovely local food and wine. Far too much food but we did our best!!! We were with our 14 year old son who also loved this day and was interested in everything and ate everything we tried. The day was well worth the money and I can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Alessandro

Alessandro is an amazing tour guide. He is knowledgeable, energetic and funny. We saw making of Parmigiana Reggiano cheese, Balsamic vinegar and prosciutto ... and ate an awesome lunch at a restaurant with a lovely view of the Emilia-Romagna region. Totally worth the 7am meeting time!
