This was our first visit to the Marche region of Italy and it turned out to be in an excellent base for exploring the northern part. Car essential.
Although very close to a large town, Pesaro, you would not know as the property is set in beautiful countryside on top of a hill with great views.
Guess all rooms are fine with all the facilities you may require. Excellent bed quality.
The house itself, a rather grand affair, has belonged to the family for many years and was originally a farm.
We really enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns, Urbino, Gradara and San Marino were outstanding. Being November when we visited, the rolling Marche countryside looked glorious with the Autumn tree colours.
Lastly,Anna and Francesca, two delightful young ladies, cannot do enough for you. My wife is diabetic but it was no problem for them to supply non sweet alternatives for breakfast. The local breads were delicious.
Thank you for a lovely stay.More
